Develop branding, positioning, message strategy
The City of Chicago sought assistance to position the new Chicago TechExpo as the source for small businesses to enhance their knowledge of technology. The message strategy, brand messages, logo, tag line, conference theme and supporting materials were developed. The first annual conference attracted over 1200 small businesses!

City Colleges of Chicago
Increase Enrollment of Latino Students
The City Colleges of Chicago wished to increase the enrollment of Hispanic credit students in addition to adult education students. An integrated program was developed including media strategy, radio, TV, billboards, print, direct mail, micro–site, etc.

Chicago Zoological Society
Increase Latino Membership and Audience
The Chicago Zoological Society is the 5th largest zoo in the country. Their primary objective was to increase the number of Latino members and attendance at the zoo. Using research to develop a strategy, a direct mail program was developed and executed.

Technology – Latinos – Illinois
Summary of report commissioned by the Latino Technology Alliance

Latinos comprise nearly 15% of Illinois’ population, but less than 5% of its technology workforce.

Considering that Illinois' Latino population is increasing, this under–representation in technology fields will have important consequences for the state's economic growth.

Other key findings:

	•	In 2007, Latinos were employed in only 5.5% of information technology jobs nationally and only 5.8% of key non–IT high technology jobs.
	•	Latinos in science and engineering earn lower median salaries than all science and engineering workers: $60,000 for Latinos in 2003 compared to $66,000 for all workers.
	•	Latinos are at an educational disadvantage in pursuing technology occupations as evidenced by low scores in standardized tests in mathematics.
	•	Knowledge about how to advance to college is low among Latino parents.
